Gates designed and manufactured by Lymewood enhance the character and appearance of a property along with improving both security and privacy. The gates designed by Lymewood are suitable for driveways, gardens and fields.
We are specialists in entrance gates as these provide a feature to the driveway of a property. A complete installation service is offered including gate automation.
Design Options
Working with clients we assist them in choosing the design to enhance their property. Lymewood has a range of timber gate designs to choose from, however if there is a particular design you have in mind we also specialise in bespoke gates. Design options include: fully boarded, open boards and 5 bar estate gates. Possible design features also include flat top and concave / convex top.
Design Specification
All gates manufactured by Lymewood are mortice and tenon jointed. The tongue and groove or infill boards are fitted within the jointed framework for additional strength. A range of ironmongery can be applied to enhance the finish of the gates in terms of decorative accessories, hinges, letter plates, locks and latches. A choice of spray finish is also available.
Automation
Gate automation enables fast, secure and convenient access to a property. The technology applied to the gates works effortlessly with the craftsmanship built into the timber.
